#7 Bentonville

Bentonville climbs into this Top 10 right on the heels of being named the #15 Best City to Live in America by USA Today. The previous ranking took note of Bentonville’s employment growth rate between 2012 and 2017, which was more than five times greater than the U.S. as a whole. MONEY dug even deeper, collecting nearly 160,000 different data points to narrow down its Top 100 list—putting the greatest weight on economic factors, housing, health and safety, diversity and cost of living.

#29 Springdale

MONEY considered data on Springdale’s economic health, cost of living, ethnic and economic diversity, public education, income, health and safety, ease of living, and amenities to arrive at the latest ranking. Last year, Springdale was named #24 on the Fastest-Growing Cities in America list by WalletHub and won the All-America City Award from the National Civic League.

Editor’s Note: In 2018, Rogers was ranked #14 and Fayetteville was ranked #45 in the Best Places to Live by MONEY. Places that made the list last year were not included in this year’s ranking.
