Arts and Culture Coordinator
The arts and culture coordinator will serve to plan, develop, support, resource, promote and fully establish a formal arts and culture program for the city of Rogers that rivals the very best arts and culture programs to be found in cities of similar size anywhere in the country.
The coordinator will identify and incorporate best practices; liaise with other cities and with the NWA Regional Arts Council; and through intentional networking and advocacy build a vibrant network of artists, partners, political leaders, benefactors and supportive citizens.

Museum Manager
The museum manager is responsible for executing the standards of 21c Museum installations, exhibitions, cultural programming, events and communication at 21c Museum Hotel in Bentonville. The museum manager works under the administrative guidance and direction of 21c Museum Hotels chief curator and museum director, senior director of museum operations and director of design and planning. This position reports to the 21c Museum Hotels general manager and director of museum operations.
With more than 12,000 square feet of exhibition space seamlessly integrated into all areas of the property, there are opportunities to discover art around every corner. The 21c galleries are open every day and exhibitions rotate. Check out the current exhibition HERE.

Crystal Bridges
Community Arts Assistant
Under the direction of the senior manager of public programs and community engagement, the community arts assistant will support the relationship building strategies between Crystal Bridges Museum and its surrounding communities. This role will primarily focus on developing relations and facilitating community arts programs in Springdale, so a good understanding of this city is important.
This is a part-time position (approximately 25 hours/week) that will last through Dec. 31, 2020. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across museum departments, the community engagement team and in the community.
A few of the duties include:
- Project planning for art experiences and events with community members of all ages. This may include coordinating artists working with community groups, ordering art supplies, scheduling venues and rentals and promoting the program in multiple languages.
- Facilitate collaborative art events and meaningful experiences with groups.
- Under the direction of the senior manager, facilitate continued listening sessions with community members. If possible, provide Spanish and/or Marshallese speaking and translation assistance.
