The Ozark Natural Science Center is seeking to hire a Development Officer.
This position is for someone who has experience leading large fundraising campaigns and holds a deep appreciation for education, children, nature, and natural sciences. The person selected to fill this role will work with the ONSC Board of Directors and Executive Director to develop and implement a multi-year campaign to build ONSC’s endowment.
Among other responsibilities, this position will conduct extensive donor research on current and prospective donors, maintain and steward a portfolio of major donor prospects, and represent ONSC in the community at large and at public and/or professional meetings.
Annual salary commensurate with experience, starting at $65,000+ per year

- The Volunteer Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the training and management of community volunteers and assists the Director of Community Engagement with community outreach and education.
- The Data and Evaluation Manager supports the team in data collection, oversees data quality for the organization, and conducts data analysis for both internal use and grant reporting to track performance outcomes.
