The strength and diversity of The Peel Compton Foundation lies in its appeal to two differing audiences – those who feel a great tug at their roots in the historical character of The Peel Mansion & Heritage Gardens and the nature-lovers and gardeners among us who value the “green” message of the late environmentalist Dr. Neil Compton as embodied in the Compton Gardens and Conference Center.
The foundation is currently seeking a skilled, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Director of Operations. The director will partner with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations as the organization continues to enhance its quality programming and build capacity. This is a tremendous opportunity for an operations leader to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of the Peel Compton Foundation.

TheatreSquared is currently seeking a Director of Development to create and execute the continued philanthropic growth of one of the country’s fastest-growing professional regional theatres, as the company completes its transition into its new, $31 million, 50,000 square-foot home in downtown Fayetteville.

Deputy Director of Philanthropy Services
Walton Enterprises (WEI) is a family office serving the personal and financial needs of multiple generations of the Walton family. Guided by Sam Walton’s values, WEI’s mission is to enable all family members to reach their personal, philanthropic, and business aspirations. The Walton Personal Philanthropy Group (WPPG) is a part of Walton Enterprises and provides services to the family to support their individual philanthropic activities. These services for the family and their related entities include program and grant management, strategy consulting and grant administration.
The WPPG is currently seeking a proactive, detail oriented, and execution-focused individual to join the team as a Deputy Director of Philanthropy Services Team. This position will manage and develop multiple teams of philanthropy professionals that each implement the sizable philanthropy programs of a high net worth client in an extended family. The position will be located in Bentonville, Arkansas, but will manage teams in several office locations across the country.
