This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to advance programs, advocacy, and public policy initiatives. The Program Manager will support two key areas: Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Human Capital and Workforce Development. Reporting to the Program Director, this position will help turn research into action, increase brand awareness, and support partnerships. The work will primarily focus on state-level initiatives but also include broader efforts at federal, regional, and local levels. Founded in 2021, the Alice Walton School of Medicine (AWSOM) will offer a medical degree-granting program that builds on conventional medicine with an inclusive, compassionate, and whole health approach. The School of Medicine embraces self-care to empower students to care for their patients and themselves and helps them rise to the health challenges of the 21st century with a focus on mental, physical, social, and emotional health. The School will have an attached clinic for training in these concepts. The ideal candidate will be a versatile writer and natural storyteller, with experience in copyediting and content creation for various platforms. Responsibilities include generating story ideas, developing creative content, managing communication channels, copyediting curatorial texts, and collaborating with internal teams. The position also involves administrative tasks such as managing project timelines and maintaining efficient workflows. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of professional writing experience, a strong portfolio, and excellent communication skills.

OZ Art NWA is seeking a highly organized and driven Director of Collections & Projects. This full-time role involves overseeing the acquisition, installation, organization, and maintenance of a diverse, privately-owned art collection dedicated to public enjoyment. The Director will lead a small team, collaborate with principals, curators, and community partners, and manage both public and private collections. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing budgets, ensuring the safe handling of artworks, and engaging in community outreach. Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree in museum studies, art history, or arts administration, 15 years of relevant experience, and strong business and administrative skills.
