Director of Operations
CACHE’s mission is to work with creatives, communities, and organizations to empower a more inspiring, inclusive, and equitable Northwest Arkansas, with a focus on emerging, underrepresented, and underinvested pockets of creativity.
To help carry out this mission, CACHE is currently looking to fill the Director of Operations role, a key part of CACHE’s core leadership team, that drives strategy, direction, and resource development for this young organization. This position will lead organizational management systems building to support CACHE’s work across the region, managing key relationships, and overseeing CACHE’s finance, accounting, HR, benefits, payroll and legal processes. This role is a great opportunity for a seasoned team leader with a background in finance, management, accounting, and human resources.

CACHE works in and between various sectors of the Northwest Arkansas community, creating connections between artists, creatives, nonprofits, municipalities, cultural institutions and funders to build a more equitable and inclusive region. As such, CACHE is seeking a Communications Director, responsible for articulating the mission and values of CACHE to its varied audiences and current and prospective partners. The candidate will lead systems building and narrative change work for CACHE to support a democratized arts sector, and should have 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Communications leadership position or other marketing leadership role.

Operations Coordinator, 214
Additionally, CACHE is currently developing physical creative hubs that serve as sites for artist development, creative production, and public engagement. One of these hubs is a 25,000 square foot performing and visual arts center located in Springdale, Arkansas called 214.
CACHE is currently seeking to hire an Operations Coordinator, Production Manager and Production Technician to join the team at 214.
The Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary administrative coordinator for the activities of CACHE at 214. The qualified candidate should demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills to ensure the day-to-day operations and communications are maintained.

To ensure a level of success and quality to each creative event production within 214, CACHE needs a Production Manager who understands all of the integral parts of managing both large and small-scale events. A strong candidate will be highly personable and have at least 5 years of experience in the production industry with strong administrative capabilities.

Production Technician, 214
Lastly, CACHE is also seeking a highly motivated Production Technician to assist the Production Manager with audio, visual, and lighting elements for each creative production in the space. This individual will also support CACHE’s Media Hub, an equipment rental program located at 214 that provides tools, training, and networking opportunities for local creatives.
