The Food Channel has published three new chef profiles and a review of Yeyo’s Mexican Grill as part of their On Location series at The Fayetteville Roots Festival.

Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food, an academic division of Northwest Arkansas Community College, is Northwest Arkansas’ world-class culinary school. One of the core reasons the school is held in such high regard is because of the chef instructors and culinary masters the school has been able to recruit to work with the students.
