The Springdale Chamber of Commerce is seeking a well-organized, team-oriented and dynamic self-starter to direct and coordinate a program to benefit multicultural and minority businesses in Springdale.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and work with governmental, community and volunteer groups. This position requires the ability to build relationships of trust and respect with internal and external partners with a goal of building a more inclusive Springdale economy.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating a minority business program; assisting with communications and programming to ensure inclusive goals are being met; assisting non-English speaking members; and utilizing a working knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion trends and best practices to guide Chamber priorities and programming.

Crystal Bridges Museum is seeking an Associate Director of Community Programs who will be responsible for the strategic implementation, management, and advancement of the Art in Our Communities and Arts + Social Impact pillars for the Museums Community Engagement strategy, which prioritizes diverse community participation and inclusive and accessible community programming.
The Associate Director will work collaboratively with the Director of Community Programs, team members, and interdepartmentally to produce and manage a range of community-driven collaborations with our region’s diverse BIPOC communities and individuals, local artists, and under-resourced peoples.
