Development Coordinator | Network Development Manager, Northwest Arkansas Food Bank
The Northwest Arkansas Food Bank was founded in 1988 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to serve four Northwest Arkansas counties by providing an affordable and credible food source to our partner agencies serving the hungry. In 2020, the NWA Food Bank distributed more than 13.25 million meals through more than 135 partner agencies, 15 mobile pantries, and 12 school pantries.
The NWA Food Bank is currently hiring for two positions:
- Network Development Manager: The purpose of this position is to recruit, develop, and support the NWA Food Bank’s food assistance network of partner agencies and the greater community to provide equitable access to quality food throughout the service area. This position manages partner agency training and develops network capacity; acting as a resource for partner agencies and clients.
- Development Coordinator: Serving as a key member of the development team, this role provides leadership to development operations processes overseeing all database administration processes and procedures including gift entry, donor research, reporting, data segmentation, donor acknowledgment, and database processes and procedures.

The mission of the NWA Hispanic Leadership Council (NWA HLC) is to foster and develop Hispanic corporate, academic, non-profit, small business, and cultural leaders in Northwest Arkansas to empower the community and to influence and shape a diverse and equitable society that will drive continued prosperity and economic, cultural and social development in this region. One of the ways NWA HLC carries out this mission is by identifying barriers for Hispanic youth and creating solutions by leveraging the strengths and connections of Hispanic leaders across different organizations in the region.
The NWA HLC seeking a Program Director to enhance and expand the Latinx on the Rise Mentorship program (providing leadership development opportunities to college students in the region) and to build capacity and support operations.
In just three years, the NWA HLC has had over 30 graduates from the mentorship program.
